Fanar Al Shamal General Contracting Est. The recruitment covers Finishing Carpenter, Plaster Mason, Putty Painter, Block Mason, Helper, Scaffolder, E&I Technician, Scaffolding Foreman, and Fabricator positions, with a combined requirement of 250 workers. The vacancies are distributed across Madinah, Ras Al Khair, and Room-to-Room projects in Jubail. The first three positions in Madinah carry monthly salaries of SAR 2,600 for Finishing Carpenters and Plaster Masons and SAR 2,400 for Putty Painters. Key Responsibilities

The selected workers will perform trade-specific duties according to their assigned projects. Finishing Carpenters will carry out finishing and carpentry activities, while Plaster Masons will perform plastering and related masonry work. Putty Painters will prepare and finish surfaces using putty and painting techniques, while Block Masons will construct blockwork according to project requirements. Helpers will provide general support to skilled trades and site teams. Finishing Carpenters, Plaster Masons, Putty Painters, and Block Masons should possess appropriate construction finishing and masonry skills. Scaffolder applicants must meet the stated requirement for an original TUV certification, while Scaffolding Foremen should have suitable experience supervising scaffolding operations and personnel. E&I Technicians should have relevant electrical and instrumentation experience, and Fabricators should be familiar with fabrication work and associated site procedures. Candidates should be capable of following supervisor instructions, maintaining workmanship standards, and complying with applicable safety requirements.
