Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Each position carries responsibilities relevant to its trade. Piping Foremen will supervise piping installation activities, coordinate work crews, monitor productivity, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain workplace safety. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, site preparation, and general labor tasks. Forklift Operators will safely transport materials using forklifts while following safety procedures and maintaining equipment. Tiles Masons, Carpenters, Painters, and Plaster Masons will perform installation, finishing, construction, and maintenance work according to project drawings and quality standards. All employees are expected to follow company safety policies and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant experience in the position they are applying for. Piping Foremen should possess supervisory experience in industrial piping projects. Forklift Operators must hold an Original TUV Certificate and this position is open to Bangladeshi candidates only. Candidates applying for the Rumah 2 project should provide a Valid Iqama, Muqeem, Insurance, Body Fitness Certificate, and Passport. Other trades should submit normal employment documents and an updated CV where required. Good physical fitness, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures are essential.
