ERCON Group is conducting a large-scale recruitment drive for a long-term industrial project in Fadhli, Saudi Arabia. The company is hiring across multiple construction, maintenance, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and safety support trades with more than 1,200 vacancies available. Immediate mobilization will be provided after client document verification, and no interview is required. Employees will receive company transportation, door-to-door duty, and salary within 30 days. Indian candidates will be given preference during recruitment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned trade. Scaffolders will erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely. Electrical Cable Terminators, Electrical Fitters, and Electricians will install, terminate, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems. Fire Watch personnel and Flagmen will monitor worksite safety and assist during hazardous operations. Helpers will support skilled workers with general labor and material handling. Instrument Fitters, Instrument Foremen, and Instrument Technicians will install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation systems. Mechanical Fitters, Mechanical Foremen, and Millwrights will install, maintain, and repair industrial mechanical equipment. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage permit-to-work procedures and ensure compliance with project safety requirements.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant industrial or maintenance project experience in the position they are applying for. Supervisory roles require previous leadership experience, while technical positions require strong practical knowledge of the respective trade. Candidates should possess good communication skills, be physically fit, and be capable of working in an industrial environment. Immediate mobilization will take place after successful client document verification. Only normal employment documents are required for registration.
