Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Painting Foremen will supervise painting crews, plan daily work activities, ensure surface preparation is completed correctly, and maintain project quality standards. Insulation Foremen will manage insulation teams, coordinate work schedules, inspect completed work, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Insulators will install, repair, and maintain thermal and acoustic insulation on industrial equipment, pipelines, and vessels. Insulator Cladding Fitters will fabricate and install aluminum or stainless-steel cladding over insulated surfaces to protect insulation systems and improve durability. All employees must follow company safety procedures, maintain productivity, and ensure work is completed according to approved project standards.
