Primary Duties
Successful candidates will perform responsibilities according to their respective roles. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare project estimates, manage cost control, and monitor project budgets. Mechanical and Piping Engineers will supervise engineering activities, review technical drawings, and coordinate project execution. The Procurement Assistant will support purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and material tracking. The Admin Assistant will manage office administration and documentation, while the Document Controller will organize, maintain, and distribute project documents efficiently. Maintenance Technicians will inspect, repair, and maintain industrial equipment, and the Bus Driver will safely transport employees while complying with company transportation policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Applicants should possess 5–6 years of relevant work experience in their respective fields. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a professional industrial environment. Immediate Iqama or sponsorship transfer is mandatory. For the Quantity Surveyor – Civil position, preference will be given to candidates from Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
