E&I Technician, HSE Officer, WPR & E&I Supervisor
Advance Power Company has announced an urgent manpower requirement for an industrial project covering electrical and instrumentation, health and safety, permit coordination, and supervisory functions. The vacancies include 10 E&I Technicians, five HSE Officers, five Work Permit Receivers, and five E&I Supervisors, making a total of 25 positions. All four categories specifically require valid Ajeer documentation. The project locations are Jubail and Yanbu, with the assignment described as long-term. Candidates with relevant technical or site experience and complete employment documents can submit their details through the company’s stated email or WhatsApp contact.
Key Responsibilities
E&I Technicians are generally responsible for electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and related site activities according to project specifications. HSE Officers monitor workplace conditions, identify hazards, support safety procedures, and communicate site requirements to workers and supervisors. WPRs coordinate work activities under approved permit conditions, ensuring that work teams understand applicable controls and restrictions before starting assigned tasks. E&I Supervisors coordinate electrical and instrumentation crews, monitor work progress, review installation activities, and communicate technical requirements to workers and project management. Each role requires effective coordination with other disciplines working on the project.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for. E&I Technicians should understand electrical and instrumentation installation and maintenance activities, while E&I Supervisors should have sufficient technical and supervisory experience to coordinate field teams. HSE Officers should have appropriate knowledge of industrial safety procedures, hazard identification, and site safety practices. WPR candidates should understand permit-to-work systems and controlled industrial activities. A valid Ajeer is mandatory for all listed positions. Applicants should also prepare their Iqama copy, Muqeem copy, passport copy, and updated CV before submitting their application.
Industry Context
Jubail and Yanbu are established Saudi industrial locations where electrical, instrumentation, construction, maintenance, and safety teams work across large project environments. E&I personnel may coordinate with mechanical, piping, civil, and commissioning teams during installation and maintenance activities. HSE Officers help monitor safe working practices across these active areas, while WPRs support controlled work through permit coordination. E&I Supervisors provide field-level coordination between technical crews and project management. The long-term project arrangement means candidates should be prepared for continued site work and should confirm their specific project location and assignment before mobilization.
