Civil QC Inspector, Batch Plant QC Inspector, Piping QC Inspector, Welding QC Inspector, Electrical QC Inspector, Procurement QC Supervisor, E&I Inspector, Civil QC Supervisor

Quality Control Inspectors and Supervisory QC personnel are responsible for verifying that construction and industrial work meets approved specifications, project requirements, and applicable quality standards. The current requirement covers civil, batch plant, piping, welding, electrical, E&I, and procurement quality functions, together with Civil QC Supervisor and Procurement QC Supervisor positions. The assignment is in Jizan, Saudi Arabia, with candidates required to hold Aramco approval and CBT certification where applicable. These roles are important on technically controlled projects where inspection records, material compliance, workmanship, and approval status must remain aligned throughout execution.

Primary Responsibilities

Selected personnel will inspect ongoing work according to approved drawings, specifications, inspection and test plans, and project procedures. Civil QC Inspectors may monitor structural, concrete, finishing, and related activities, while the Batch Plant QC Inspector focuses on concrete production controls, material checks, testing, and quality consistency. Piping and Welding QC Inspectors are expected to verify fabrication, installation, fit-up, welding activities, and associated documentation. Electrical and E&I Inspectors monitor installation and testing within their disciplines. Procurement QC Supervisors may review material quality, documentation, inspection coordination, and compliance from procurement through site delivery.

Experience and Technical Knowledge

Candidates should have relevant experience in their respective QC discipline and be familiar with inspection procedures, quality documentation, non-conformance reporting, and coordination with construction teams. Aramco approval is specifically required, while CBT is required where applicable to the discipline or assignment. Inspectors should be able to review technical documents, identify deviations, follow inspection procedures, and communicate findings clearly. Supervisors should additionally coordinate inspectors, monitor daily quality activities, follow inspection schedules, and maintain organized project documentation. Discipline-specific technical knowledge is essential because inspection requirements differ between civil, concrete, piping, welding, electrical, E&I, and procurement activities.

Project and Site Environment

The assignment is located in Jizan, where QC personnel may work across active construction areas, production facilities, equipment zones, material storage locations, and inspection points depending on their discipline. The three-month contract is stated as extendable, so personnel should be prepared for an organized project environment involving quality, engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Daily work can include site inspections, document review, testing coordination, material verification, and follow-up of corrective actions. Personnel may also move between work fronts while observing site access, safety, and inspection requirements.
