Responsibilities Across Welding, Fabrication and Finishing Trades

The recruited workers will support different stages of industrial construction and maintenance activities according to their assigned trade. Multi Welders working with stainless steel and carbon steel will be expected to perform welding activities in accordance with required specifications, joint preparation, welding procedures, and project quality standards. Structure Fabricators will handle fabrication and assembly of structural components, while Structure Fitters will support accurate alignment, fitting, and installation of steel structures. Wall Painters will be responsible for surface preparation and application of suitable coating or finishing materials. All workers are expected to maintain safe working practices, use appropriate PPE, follow supervisor instructions, and maintain productivity while meeting project quality requirements.

Experience and Trade Competencies

Previous work experience is specifically required for all categories, making practical trade capability an important selection factor. Multi Welders should have demonstrable experience working with the relevant stainless-steel or carbon-steel welding applications, while structural trades should understand fabrication drawings, measurements, alignment, fitting, and assembly practices. Wall Painters should be familiar with surface preparation and professional finishing techniques. Candidates should also be capable of working within an industrial project environment where coordination between welding, fitting, fabrication, and finishing teams is essential. Because Chamber status is required, candidates should ensure that their employment documentation and relevant records are available and ready for verification before proceeding with the recruitment process.
