AL BAYAN GLOBAL GEN. CONT. EST has announced an urgent requirement for a wide range of industrial and construction personnel for the Jafurah (L&T) project. The recruitment covers Spray Painters, Sand Blasters, Coating Supervisors, Hydrotest Fitters, Hydrotest Fabricators, Hydrotest Technicians, Mechanical Helpers, Mill Wright Fitters, Pipe Fitters, Rigger III personnel, Piping Supervisors, Piping Foremen, Scaffolders, Scaffolding Foremen, WPR-Scaffolding personnel, and Structural Fitters. The listed rates range from SAR 11 to SAR 54 per hour, with the Mechanical Helper offered SAR 2,000 basic. Food and accommodation are provided by the company, and the project is described as long term.

Responsibilities Across the Required Positions

Spray Painters and Sand Blasters will support surface preparation and protective coating activities, while Coating Supervisors coordinate coating crews and monitor work quality. Hydrotest Fitters, Fabricators, and Technicians will support piping preparation, fabrication, pressure-testing activities, and associated documentation. Mechanical Helpers and Mill Wright Fitters will assist with mechanical installation and maintenance work. Pipe Fitters and Structural Fitters will perform fitting and assembly activities according to drawings and specifications. Rigger III personnel will support lifting operations, while Piping Supervisors and Foremen coordinate piping teams. Scaffolders and Scaffolding Foremen will manage access structures, and WPR-Scaffolding personnel will support permit-controlled scaffolding activities.

Skills, Approvals and Documentation

Candidates should have relevant experience for their respective trades and hold the required approvals where specified. Spray Painters and Sand Blasters must be Aramco Approved and have the original JCC card, while the recruitment separately lists Rigger III TUV and Rigger III Aramco categories. Supervisory positions require relevant field and team-management experience, while hydrotest, piping, scaffolding, mechanical, and structural trades require practical technical knowledge. Required documentation includes valid Absher/Iqama, original passport and copy, visa, Muqeem, medical fitness with scanner, insurance, two photographs, CV, and experience certificates.

The Jafurah L&T project represents an industrial work environment involving piping, hydrotesting, mechanical systems, structural activities, coatings, scaffolding, lifting operations, and associated construction work. Personnel may work across multiple active work fronts where coordination between piping, mechanical, coating, access, lifting, and safety teams is essential. Supervisors and foremen are responsible for organizing crews and maintaining work progress, while specialist workers execute technical activities according to project specifications. The long-term nature of the project requires candidates to be prepared for sustained industrial site work and compliance with project procedures.
