Fanar Al Shamal General Contracting Est. (FGC), supporting Sattar Supply requirements, is recruiting experienced and general workforce personnel for long-term assignments in Jubail and Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. The current requirement covers Helper, Scaffolder with original TUV certification, Sand Blaster with Third Party Card, Coating Applicator with Third Party Card, Civil Foreman, and Mill Wright Fitter positions. The vacancies support room-to-room operations in Jubail and project-based industrial work in Jafurah, requiring candidates to meet the stated documentation and trade qualification requirements before mobilization.
Roles, Duties and Site Responsibilities
The Helper workforce will support skilled teams with material handling, housekeeping, preparation activities and general site assistance, with 100 positions available for room-to-room work in Jubail. Scaffolder candidates will be responsible for scaffold erection, modification and dismantling while maintaining safe access arrangements and must possess an original TUV credential; 50 positions are available. Sand Blasters and Coating Applicators will undertake surface preparation and protective coating activities respectively, with Third Party Cards required for both categories and 20 positions available for each. Five Civil Foremen will coordinate civil work crews and daily activities, while five Mill Wright Fitters will perform mechanical installation, alignment, maintenance and fitting duties at the Jafurah project.
Qualifications, Documentation and Verification

The required submission includes a current CV with certificates, a color copy of Absher/Iqama, color passport copy, color Muqeem copy, color insurance copy, original medical fitness documentation in color-copy form, and CR copy with Chamber and GOSI documentation. In particular, the Scaffolder requirement specifies an original TUV credential, while Sand Blaster and Coating Applicator applicants must have the required Third Party Cards.
