Rigger Level 3, Safety Officer, Fire Warden & Work Permit Receiver Jobs

An urgent requirement is available for qualified industrial personnel for long-term work in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. The recruitment covers four positions: Aramco Certified Rigger Level 3, Non-Aramco Safety Officer, Fire Warden and Non-Aramco Work Permit Receiver (WPR). The Safety Officer position offers SAR 18 per hour, while Fire Warden and WPR positions offer SAR 14 and SAR 17 per hour respectively. The Rigger Level 3 position specifically requires Aramco certification. The requirement is suitable for candidates with relevant site experience who can meet the project’s verification and interview requirements.

Site Operations and Safety Responsibilities

Rigger Level 3 personnel will support lifting and rigging operations by preparing loads, selecting appropriate lifting accessories, guiding equipment operators and maintaining safe working zones in accordance with established procedures. The Safety Officer will monitor workplace conditions, support safety compliance, identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions across active work areas. Fire Wardens will monitor assigned locations for fire hazards, particularly during hot-work or other high-risk activities, and support emergency-response procedures. Work Permit Receivers will coordinate permit-related activities, verify work conditions and ensure that authorized tasks are carried out according to applicable permit controls and site requirements.

Technical Skills and Certification Requirements

Candidates should possess practical experience relevant to their selected position and understand the requirements of industrial project environments. The Rigger Level 3 applicant must hold the specified Aramco certification, while the Safety Officer and WPR positions are identified as Non-Aramco requirements. Safety personnel should understand hazard identification, site inspections, emergency procedures and workplace safety controls. WPR candidates should be familiar with permit-to-work systems and the coordination required before controlled activities begin. Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their qualifications and relevant experience during the recruitment process.

Eastern Province Industrial Work Environment

The Eastern Province is one of Saudi Arabia’s major centers for energy, industrial, construction and maintenance activity. Personnel working across these projects may operate around lifting equipment, heavy machinery, construction work fronts, maintenance activities and other controlled industrial operations. Riggers are responsible for safe load movement and coordination with lifting teams, while safety and fire-control personnel help maintain safe conditions around active work areas. WPR personnel provide an important link between permit requirements and field execution. The long-term nature of the requirement means reliable site performance, safety awareness and adherence to project procedures are important.
