Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The selected candidates will perform responsibilities according to their respective job categories. HVAC Technicians will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Mechanical Technicians will inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical equipment used in facility operations. MEP Assistant Technicians and MEP Technicians will support mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance activities across the project. Electrical Technicians will maintain electrical systems and equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Plumbers will install and repair water supply and drainage systems. BMS Operators cum ELV Specialists will monitor building management systems, control automation equipment, and maintain extra-low voltage systems. Civil Technicians will perform structural maintenance and repair work, while Soft Service Supervisors will oversee housekeeping, cleaning operations, and support services to maintain facility standards. All employees are expected to follow company procedures, maintain safety standards, and ensure efficient project operations.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant GCC experience in their respective trades and possess strong technical knowledge related to facility management and maintenance.
