Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Selected employees will perform duties according to their assigned positions. Foremen will supervise fabrication, welding, assembly, or painting teams, allocate daily work, monitor productivity, maintain quality standards, and ensure project deadlines are achieved safely. Painters will prepare surfaces and apply industrial protective coatings according to project specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. Forklift Operators will safely transport materials, load and unload equipment, and ensure proper handling of heavy industrial components within the worksite. All employees must comply with company safety procedures, coordinate effectively with project teams, and maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant industrial experience in their respective trades, preferably on fabrication, construction, or manufacturing projects. Foreman positions require strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and experience managing work crews. Painters should be skilled in industrial surface preparation and coating applications, while Forklift Operators must have practical experience operating forklifts safely in industrial environments. A Transferable Iqama is mandatory for all applicants.
