Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Painting Foremen and Insulation Foremen will supervise work crews, coordinate daily site activities, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards. Spray Painters will prepare surfaces and apply industrial protective coatings using approved techniques and equipment. QA/QC Coating Inspectors will inspect coating applications, verify compliance with project specifications, maintain quality records, and ensure all coating work meets industry standards. Insulators will install and maintain thermal insulation systems on industrial equipment and piping, while Cladding Fitters will fabricate and install protective metal cladding over insulated surfaces. HSE Officers will conduct site safety inspections, identify hazards, implement safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with company and project HSE regulations.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Applicants should possess relevant industrial experience in the position they are applying for. Foremen should have proven supervisory experience and the ability to lead work teams effectively.
