Responsibilities Across the Required Roles
WTP Operations personnel will support the operation and monitoring of water-treatment systems, equipment, processes, and site activities, with Operations Supervisors coordinating operational teams and Technician Operators handling routine plant operations. Engineers and technical personnel will support discipline-specific engineering, maintenance, process, chemical, electrical, and mechanical activities. Welders, fabricators, cable tray fitters, and instrument technicians will perform specialist installation, fabrication, welding, and instrumentation work. Safety Officers will monitor workplace safety and compliance, while painters, insulators, masons, and helpers will provide supporting construction and maintenance services across the project.
Skills, Experience and Documentation
Candidates should have qualifications and practical experience appropriate to their selected position. Engineering and senior technical roles require relevant professional knowledge, while WTP personnel should understand plant operations, equipment monitoring, process control, and routine operational procedures. Skilled workers should possess practical experience in their respective trades and be able to follow project drawings, work procedures, and safety requirements. The stated documents include Iqama, Muqeem, Passport, CR, Body Fitness, and Insurance.
