Saudi Arabia Jobs

Heavy Driver SAR 17/hour

A current requirement is available for experienced Heavy Drivers (Trailer) for a four-month project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The requirement is for three drivers, with immediate mobilization planned for selected candidates. The role is suited to drivers who have relevant trailer-driving experience and can work within an organized industrial construction environment. The position offers a rate of SAR 17 per hour, with food, accommodation, and transportation provided by the client. Candidates must have valid Ajeer arrangements along with the normal hiring documentation required for mobilization. As the assignment is time-bound, applicants should be prepared to join promptly after selection and complete the required documentation without delay.

Driving and Site Responsibilities

Heavy Driver (Trailer) personnel are responsible for safely operating trailer vehicles used for the transportation of construction materials, equipment, machinery, and other project-related loads. Daily duties may include vehicle inspections, checking load security, following designated routes, and coordinating with site teams during loading and unloading activities. Drivers are expected to operate vehicles carefully within industrial and construction areas while following site traffic procedures and safety instructions. They may also be required to maintain basic vehicle records, report mechanical issues, and ensure that assigned transportation activities are completed according to the project schedule. Safe driving practices and responsible handling of equipment are particularly important when working around heavy machinery, workers, and active construction operations.

Experience and Hiring Requirements

Applicants should have practical experience operating heavy trailer vehicles and should be familiar with the responsibilities associated with transporting materials and equipment on project sites. A valid Ajeer arrangement is specifically required for this recruitment, together with the normal hiring documents needed for employment and mobilization. Candidates should ensure that their documents are complete and available for verification before proceeding. Good communication with supervisors and site personnel is also important because trailer drivers frequently coordinate with loading teams, equipment operators, security personnel, and other construction staff. Selected candidates should be ready for immediate mobilization and able to comply with the client’s site requirements.

Project Environment

Jubail is one of Saudi Arabia’s major industrial centers, with extensive construction, manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure activity requiring reliable site transportation services. Heavy vehicle operators support these projects by moving materials and equipment between work areas, storage locations, workshops, and other designated facilities. Trailer drivers may work around active construction zones where vehicle movement must be coordinated carefully with pedestrians, lifting operations, and other heavy equipment. For a short-term assignment such as this four-month requirement, punctuality, safe vehicle operation, and the ability to follow site procedures are important to maintaining smooth daily logistics.
