Saudi Arabia Jobs

Safety Officer, Work Permit Receiver, First Aider & Driver

An urgent manpower requirement is available for Safety Officers, Work Permit Receivers, First Aiders, and Drivers for a long-term project in Jubail. The recruitment includes four different positions, with room-to-room duty specified for the assignment and immediate mobilization required. The listed rates are SAR 20 per hour for Safety Officers, SAR 15 per hour for Work Permit Receivers, and SAR 2,900 per month for Drivers, while the First Aider rate will be determined after an interview. Candidates must provide a range of employment, professional, and identification documents, including an original passport, CV, valid Iqama, Muqeem, insurance, body fitness documentation, and other specified records.

Responsibilities Across the Required Roles

Safety Officers will support workplace safety by monitoring site activities, identifying hazards, communicating safety requirements, and coordinating with supervisors and workers. Work Permit Receivers are responsible for understanding permit requirements and ensuring that authorized work is carried out according to the applicable permit conditions and site procedures. First Aiders provide immediate assistance in workplace incidents and help maintain appropriate first-aid readiness at the worksite. Drivers are responsible for operating assigned vehicles safely, following site and road regulations, and supporting personnel or project transportation requirements. The exact scope of each position should be confirmed with the recruitment representative before joining.

Professional Skills and Documentation

Candidates should have practical experience relevant to their selected position and be able to work within an organized project environment. The recruitment notice specifically lists NEBOSH among the required documents, along with GOSI, QIWA, and contract documentation. Applicants should also have an Absher Iqama, English Muqeem, insurance, body fitness documentation, passport copy, CV, and original passport. The First Aider rate is subject to an interview, so candidates should be prepared to demonstrate relevant first-aid knowledge and experience. Applicants should ensure that all documents are genuine, valid, and ready for verification before mobilization.

Jubail Project Environment

Jubail is a major industrial and construction center where projects commonly require coordinated safety management, permit control, emergency-response support, and transportation services. Room-to-room duty means personnel may be required to travel between designated accommodation and the worksite rather than remain permanently at one location. The combination of safety, permit, first-aid, and driving roles indicates a work environment where daily coordination between site personnel is important. Candidates should confirm the exact worksite, working hours, transportation arrangements, accommodation conditions, and project scope directly with the supplier before accepting the assignment.
