The recruitment includes Scaffolder TUV, Scaffolding Foreman, Helper, and Plaster Mason positions, with the two Scaffolder TUV categories separated according to their documentation arrangements. The first requirement is for 20 Scaffolder TUV workers with normal documents at SAR 15 per hour, while a further 15 Scaffolder TUV workers with Chamber are required at the same rate. Five Scaffolding Foremen are required at SAR 24 per hour, and 25 Helpers with Chamber are required at SAR 10 per hour. An additional 15 Plaster Masons are required for direct duty in Diriya at SAR 13 per hour.

Trade Responsibilities and Site Duties

Scaffolder TUV personnel are responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures while following approved construction and safety procedures. Helpers provide general assistance to skilled workers and may support material handling, work-area preparation, housekeeping, and other assigned site activities. Plaster Masons carry out plastering and related masonry-finishing work, including surface preparation and application of plaster according to project requirements. Candidates should confirm the exact scope of their assigned duties before mobilization.

Skills and Documentation Requirements

Applicants should have practical experience relevant to the trade for which they are applying. Scaffolder TUV candidates should possess appropriate scaffolding experience and the required TUV qualification. Foreman applicants should have sufficient experience to coordinate scaffolding teams and manage daily site activities. Helpers should be physically capable of supporting construction crews, while Plaster Masons should have practical experience in plastering and finishing work.
